Agreement
These terms govern your use of americanentities.com and related pages (the "Site"), operated by American Entities LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you accept these terms. Paid work is governed by a separate services agreement.
The Site
The Site provides information about our company and services and a way to contact us and join our launch list. It does not itself deliver paid services. Descriptions of upcoming products, including the AE Suite, are plans, not commitments or offers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or probe our systems beyond normal browsing, no scraping that degrades service, and no use of our name or marks to imply endorsement without written permission.
Intellectual Property
The Site's content, design, name, and marks belong to American Entities LLC. You may share links to the Site; you may not copy its content for commercial use without permission.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMERICAN ENTITIES LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY SITE-RELATED CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $100.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
